Access your statement from anywhere!  Enrolling in eStatements is easy.

MVCU members

Online Banking

  1. Log into Online Banking on your computer
  2. Select "Statements" from the Accounts menu
  3. In the Overview Tab, click the blue "Subscribe" button
  4. Review and Agree to the E-Consent disclosure
  5. Complete PDF Access Confirmation to prove ability to access eStatements
  6. Click the blue "Subscribe" button

You are now enrolled in eStatements!

Mobile Banking

  1. Log into the MVCU Mobile Banking app on your mobile device
  2. From the Accounts screen, click "More" at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select "Statements" from the Accounts drop down
  4. Tap on "Settings"
  5. Tap on "Subscribe"
  6. Review the disclosure and select "I Agree"
  7. Complete the PDF Access Confirmation by opening the PDF to obtain the code and then paste it in the text box.
  8. Tap on "Subscribe"

You are now enrolled in eStatements!

Former RTN Members

Online Banking

  1. Log into RTN Online Banking
  2. Click on one of your listed accounts
  3. Click on Online/Statement Notices
  4. In the pop-up dialog box, click "Continue"
  5. On the next page, click "My Profile" at the top
  6. Under "eDocument Delivery Preference", select "eStatements", then click "Electronic"
  7. Click the "Save" button

  • Hover over "Credit Score & Budgets"
  • Click on "Credit Score"
  • Accept the disclosure and click "Continue"

In Mobile Banking:

  • Tap on "More"
  • Tap the down arrow next to "Credit Score & Budgets"
  • Tap on "Credit Score"
  • Tap "Get Started"
  • Accept the disclosure and click "Continue"

Mobile Banking Update

Android Operating System Support

The Android 8 operating system will no longer be supported on the MVCU app. If your device is running Android 8, you will not receive the latest security updates and you may not be able to access all the functionality of your mobile app. Please be sure to update your operating system to the latest version.
