One (1) winner of $500.00 and eight (8) winners of $100.00 cash prizes will be drawn as follows: One (1) winner of $100.00 will be selected every Friday for seven (7) weeks beginning October 20 and ending on December 8 (no drawing on November 24), and one (1) $100.00 winner and one (1) $500 winner will be selected on Friday, December 15. No purchase or enrollment for credit union services required for entry. Entrants do not have to be a member of Merrimack Valley Credit Union or Bridgewater Credit Union (“MVCU”), a division of Merrimack Valley Credit Union, to enter. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Only one entry per person allowed.
Value - the total value of one promotional prize is $500.00 (five hundred dollars) and the value of eight promotional prizes is $100.00 (one hundred dollars).
Prize - the prizes being offered are one (1) $500 drawing and eight (8) drawings of $100.00 cash to be won by an eligible entrant. The value of the prize may be reported on a 1099-MISC.
Odds - Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be executed by MVCU. MVCU will attempt to first notify each winner by phone. If unable to do so, MVCU will send written notification via e-mail. If MVCU is unable to make contact within 14 calendar days of the drawing, another winner will be selected. The decision of the winners is at the sole discretion of MVCU, its agents or other authorized third parties.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless MVCU from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage or any kind arising from or in connection with this gift card giveaway or from the use or acceptance of any prize won. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules or operations of this giveaway, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will apply. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. MVCU reserves the right to substitute the cash gift with another prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the prize provides permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, videotape, photo, etc. for promotional purposes. MVCU Board Members and Employees are not eligible for participation.
