Membership Satisfaction Survey Giveaway Rules
Ten (10) winners of $50.00 prizes will be selected on Friday, January 6. No purchase or enrollment for credit union services required for entry. Entrants do not have to be a member of Merrimack Valley Credit Union or Bridgewater Credit Union (“MVCU”), a division of Merrimack Valley Credit Union, to enter. MVCU Board Members and Employees are not eligible for participation.
Entries can be submitted online through online banking or by submitting a 3x5 index card with your name and address to:

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Only one entry per person allowed.
Value - the total value of each promotional prize is $50.00 (fifty dollars).
Prize - the prizes being offered are ten (10) $50 drawings to be won by an eligible entrant. The value of the prize may be reported on a 1099-MISC.
Odds - Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be executed by MVCU. MVCU will attempt to first notify each winner by phone. If unable to do so, MVCU will send written notification via e-mail. If MVCU is unable to make contact within 14 calendar days of the drawing, another winner will be selected. The decision of the winners is at the sole discretion of MVCU, its agents or other authorized third parties.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless MVCU from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this gift card giveaway or from the use or acceptance of any prize won. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules or operations of this giveaway, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will apply. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. MVCU reserves the right to substitute the cash gift with another prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the prize provides permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, videotape, photo, etc. for promotional purposes. MVCU Board Members and Employees are not eligible for participation. MVCU reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
