What should I do to protect my accounts if I lose my mobile phone and are a Mobile Banking user?

If you are Mobile Banking user and you have lost your phone, please log into Online Banking and change your access code immediately. You may also call the Credit Union at 800-356-0067 and request that your Mobile Banking be disabled.

If you believe your phone information has been stolen and compromised, follow the steps below:

  • Call the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax: 1-800-525-6285, Experian: 1-888-397-3742 and Trans Union: 1-800-680-7289) and ask them to immediately place a Fraud Alert on your name and Social Security number. The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.
  • Notify the SSN national fraud hotline at 1-800-269-0271.
  • Cancel your credit cards.  Visa: 1-800-847-2911.  MasterCard: 1-800-307-7309.
  • File a police report the same day, if at all possible, in the jurisdiction where your wallet was stolen.
  • Contact the Credit Union immediately at 1-800-356-0067.
