When trying to log in to Mobile Banking, I received OFX error 15500: Sigon invalid. What is this error?

This message appears when your login credentials have not been entered correctly. Carefully re-enter the Username and access code and try connecting again. If that does not work, verify that you can login to Online Banking using a desktop computer and web browser, using the same Username and access code that was tried with Mobile Banking. If this also fails, reset your Online Banking login credentials using the no username or forgotten password feature availlable under the Online Banking login on the home page.
