What do I do if I lost my ATM, Debit or Credit Card?

To report lost or stolen ATM, debit and credit cards during business hours, please call a member service representative at our Toll-free Member Service Center 800.356.0067 during business hours, 800-472-3272 after business hours, or send a secure email through Online or Mobile Banking. We will block and reissue your card.

If you are outside the U.S. or need to call outside of business hours, call collect at 800.472.3272.
