The Annual Meeting of the Members of Merrimack Valley Credit Union will be held at 500 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. to consider and vote upon such business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

As the number of candidates equals the number of open positions on the Board, there will be no election by ballot and no nomination from the floor.
