24-Hour Telephone Banking

Our updated telephone banking system provides enhanced features, including:

  • Spanish language option: Telephone Banking is now available in Spanish.
  • New transactions: Schedule future payments and transfers, make a stop payment on a check, and activate your ATM/Debit card.  As before, you will be able to check your balance, transfer between accounts, make payments, and manage your account using Telephone Banking.
  • Credit union and account information: Request a mini account statement via email or get information about our branch locations and hours.
  • Transfer to Customer Service: Connect with a Call Center representative for assistance during business hours.  

How to Access Telephone Banking:

  1. Call 1-800-356-0067 Option 1 from your touch-tone phone
  2. Enter your account number and Telephone Banking access code.  If you don't have an access code, call 800-356-0067 or visit any branch to request one.
  3. Listen to the voice prompt to access your account information, transfer funds, or make a loan payment.  

The menu options have changed.  Please see below for the new Telephone Banking options.  Click arrow for sub-menu options.
