How do I transfer money into a different account without having to come into a branch?

To transfer money between your own accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MVCU Online Banking account
  2. Select the Transfer widget
  3. Click the Classic tab
  4. Select the account you're transferring From, then the Account you're transferring To
  5. Enter the Amount
  6. Click Submit Transfer

To transfer money to an MVCU member, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MVCU Online Banking account
  2. Select the Transfer widget
  3. Click the Classic tab
  4. Select the Account you're transferring From
  5. Click on the "Transfer to another Merrimack Valley Credit Union member" link
  6. Enter the required information
  7. Enter the amount
  8. Click Submit Transfer

To transfer money to a non-MVCU member, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MVCU Online Banking account
  2. Select the Bill Pay Widget
  3. Set up a new payee with information of the person you're sending money to
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click Submit

If the recipient’s bank account information is not available, enter the recipient’s full name and their e-mail address or mobile phone number.

If the recipient’s bank account information is available:

  1. Select “Bank Account”
  2. Select the account type
  3. Enter the routing number and account number
  4. Enter the amount of the transfer
  5. Select the send date, and the delivery time.
  6. Select Continue, then Send Payment to confirm.
