To order a new debit card, please contact a member service representative by calling our Toll-free Member Service Center at 800.356.0067. You may also visit one of our branch locations to receive an instant issue card or to order your new debit card by mail.
If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, please contact the Lost or Stolen Call Center 24/7 immediately at 800.472.3272 to protect your accounts. They will block all transactions on your card and will assist you in ordering a new card.
