I just received a call from the fraud department. Is it legitimate?

Protecting your accounts and information is important, and being cautious about discussing your accounts with someone who calls can be difficult, even when you receive a call from a fraud department!  

Our Fraud Department will call you if they detect fraud on your account.  If you receive a call from one of the following numbers, it is a legitimate call and you can feel free to discuss the issues with your account:

• 833-735-1894
• 833-735-1892
• 877-253-8964
• 800-262-2024

On some occasions, the number on your caller ID will appear as all zeroes: 000-000-0000.  If you're unsure about answering it, you can call any of the numbers above to ensure it was a legitimate call.
