Living the Credit Union motto of “People Helping People” is important to the team at MVCU.
This week at our Haverhill Branch we heard from our Branch Manager, Taveiry Brito, about how she helped one of our members reduce his monthly auto loan payment.
A member needed help resetting online banking so he could set up an automatic payment on his new car loan. While Taveiry was helping the member, they discussed the member’s new car and the type of loan he had.
The member told Taveiry that he had a pretty high rate through the car dealership. After talking to Taveiry, the member learned that he could get a much lower rate if he refinanced his auto loan with MVCU, reducing his payment and saving him money every month.
It’s always a great day when we can help our members!
