How to Save Money While Shopping Online

Who doesn’t love the freedom of being able to purchase anything from the comfort of your couch? So many consumers have pivoted from in-store purchases to surfing the web for their wants and needs. Here are five ways to save money or get rewards for your purchases when shopping online:

Rakuten is an online service you can sign up for and receive cash back when you shop at participating stores. Kick off your shopping by visiting Rakuten’s app, browser extension or Rakuten.com and get a cash back payment every three months!

Ibotta, like Rakuten, is a service that provides cash rewards. Make your shopping list in the app, go shopping online or in store, and then scan your receipt to receive rewards. You can redeem the rewards for gift cards or cash.

MyPoints is an online platform that you can sign up for and earn rewards by shopping online. You can redeem your points for cash through PayPal or online gift cards for participating stores.

Honey is an online browser extension that you can download and save money without doing anything! Anytime you are checking out, Honey will search all the available coupon codes for that store and apply any applicable codes at check out.

Rewards credit cards are also a great tool to earn money back for your purchases.
